  • Sufficient amount of water intake and exercise is necessary for a healthy body, which helps in draining off the harmful toxins from the body.
  • The animal fat or the trans-fat products should be consumed in limited amounts as they are rich in cholesterol and affects health badly.

Thus, a healthy diet is very vital for the development of a healthy body as it contains sufficient amount of minerals, vitamins and other essential nutrients needful for the healthy body.
